The Baltic Union Conference warmly invites all church elders from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania to attend our upcoming Elders’ Retreat. This weekend is designed to be a time of spiritual renewal, combining inspiring sessions with valuable opportunities for networking and sharing experiences.
We are honored to welcome our keynote speaker, Pastor David Neal, who currently serves as the Ministerial Secretary for the Trans-European Division.

Start: Friday evening, April 17
End: Sunday lunch, April 19
Registration & Payment: Please note that registration is managed through the Estonian Conference system. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. If you are paying for additional costs (such as a spouse), you may use the provided bank links (available for Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian banks) or complete a manual transfer to the account listed.

The total cost of the retreat is €250 per person. However, the Baltic Union Conference is pleased to fully sponsor the participation of church elders, so it is free for them. Please note that capacity is limited to 100 participants, so we encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
What is included:
Accommodation: A stay in a shared twin room (you may request a specific roommate; we will do our best to accommodate your preference).
Catering: All meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch.
Event Access: Full program participation and access to the spa during free time.
Parking: Complimentary car parking at the venue.
Personal Expenses:
Travel: Transportation to and from Jurmala.
City Entry: The Jurmala entry fee for vehicles (€5 one-time fee).
Personal Extras: Any additional individual expenses.
Spouse Participation: €150 (includes the same benefits as above). Please add your spouse name to registration form also.
Single Room Supplement: You may request a single room for an additional fee of approximately €90. Please note that availability and final cost will be confirmed, and payment will be required after the registration period ends.
